Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are ideal for individuals who want structured guidance and support in reaching personal or professional goals. While therapy often focuses on healing and emotional processing, coaching emphasizes action, accountability, and forward movement. These sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, helping you clarify values, overcome obstacles, and create lasting change.
(Please note that coaching is not psychotherapy and may not be covered by insurance)
Follow up Sessions
After the initial intake, follow-up sessions provide a consistent space for continued growth and healing. These 45-minute sessions focus on deepening insight, practicing new skills, and supporting you through life’s challenges. Together, we’ll track your progress, revisit your goals, and adjust our work as your needs evolve.
Free initial 15 minute Consultation
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating — and that’s okay. This complimentary 15-minute call gives you a chance to share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. There’s no pressure or commitment — just a space to connect and explore your next steps.
Initial Intake
Your first session is a space to share your story at your own pace. During this 45-60-minute intake session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin creating a plan that feels right for you. It’s a chance to start building trust and a therapeutic connection in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
Couples Therapy Intake
Every relationship faces challenges — and seeking support is a sign of care, not failure. In this first session, both partners will have the opportunity to be heard, share what feels most important, and begin understanding each other in new ways. Together, we’ll start building a path toward deeper communication, healing, and connection. This initial meeting helps me understand your unique dynamic and begin developing a plan that supports meaningful connection and growth for both of you.
Evaluation Services
One-time psychosocial evaluations to support individuals and families who need documentation or professional assessment for specific purposes. These evaluations are designed to help identify emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs and may be used to qualify for school or community services, accommodations, or emotional support animal (ESA) letters.
Each evaluation includes a clinical interview, relevant screening tools, and a written summary or letter (as appropriate). The process is collaborative and strengths-focused, ensuring that recommendations are tailored to your unique situation.
Common reasons for an evaluation include:
• Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters
• School or workplace accommodation requests
• Mental health documentation for service qualification
• Brief behavioral or emotional screening for children (ages 5+)
